Returns and Exchanges

 

Returns/Exchanges:

Because each of our products is made custom just for you, we can only except returns that are unworn, not damaged and in their original condition.  If the size is just not right...we can help alter it just for you!

Simply mail the belt back to the address below, include your new size request, and we will alter/re-make the item and ship it right back out to you.  If it is a leather style belt, you can let us know what 'hole' did fit comfortable and we can make that the new 'center hole' in the tail end.  Or you can measure from the buckle (not including the buckle) down to the spot you would like the new center hole to be aligned and we can make it to your custom request.  If it is a D-Ring/Military style belt, you can let us know how much longer or shorter you would have preferred, and we will re-measure and make it accordingly.

Refunds will only be given for products that are unworn, not damaged and in original condition.  Refunds will only be given for product costs only, not shipping charges.
